We will talk about your interest in Yoga and what you are looking for in instruction or guidance. I will share with you what I can offer and how we can build a program together.

Fundamental Yoga Series

The fundamental yoga series is a program for individuals who have always wanted to try yoga, have tried it in the past, or want to work on building a consistent practice. When you work with me through this 4 part series, I will guide you through the fundamentals of the yoga postures, sequence, and intertwine my philosophic approach and inspiration. This is a great opportunity for someone to understand their body and reconnect through yoga. I will inspire you to welcome a new reality of living and moving in your own unique and powerful body.

-We will meet 4 times throughout the course of a month

-The sessions are 60 minutes in duration

-We can practice in person or over Zoom

Private Yoga Instruction

With private instruction will work together to build a schedule for practicing in the comfort of your own home or virtually.

Your private sessions are tailored toward your physical and energetic goals. I will guide you through a series of poses that connect with your body and how you are feeling that day, week, month. Our bodies are in a constant state of change, and that means that what we do on the yoga mat must change as well. Working one on one with me is a special opportunity to get to know your own body and how it functions and responds to yoga. I enjoy exploring the link between the physical practice of yoga and the philosophical ideas. We are more than our bodies, and it is important to nurture these other areas too.

Tending to your mind and body with the gift of individualized instruction and practice will bring more joy and balance to your already beautiful life.
