The fundamental yoga series is a program for individuals who have always wanted to try yoga, has tried it in the past, or wants to work on building a consistent practice. When you work with me through this 4 part series, I will guide you through the fundamentals of the yoga postures, sequence, and intertwine my philosophic approach and inspiration. This is a great opportunity for someone to get to know their body through yoga. I will inspire you to welcome a new understanding and reality of living and moving in your own unique and powerful body.

We will meet 4 times throughout the course of a month.

The sessions are 60 minutes in duration.

We can practice in person or over Zoom.
